Chic Apartment - The Netherlands

Villa Rodesteijn is located in the leafy Bloemendaal neighborhood of ‘Duin en Daal’. This fully renovated monumental apartment has beautiful views of the surrounding garden and wooded area.

The stately entrance of Villa Rodesteijn provides access to a lobby where the entrance of this apartment is located. The spacious living room is very light thanks to the large windows. The authentic style features and many windows give the house charm. The house has a stylish parquet floor in a herringbone pattern. Each room offers a beautiful view of the garden and surrounding nature.
Architecture:
Villa Rodesteijn was designed in 1901 by architect J. Wolbers, in a Dutch variant of Jugendstil and has influences from, among other things, the Neo-Renaissance. The architect has designed several villas and buildings in Duin en Daal. Villa Rodesteijn is characterized by the careful detailing and the well-thought-out play of lines. The house is iconic for the immediate environment and also a municipal monument
